NINA KIPIANI

A series of live shows where the best Italian and international DJs/artists will take turns to recall the cultural and musical journey from the past to the future of Touch The Wood.

Nina Kipiani, born in Cameroon, raised in Paris and now living in Rome, has managed to develop a unique and original sound thanks to her origins and the cultural influences that distinguish her.

Her rhythm starts from ancestral African and Carribean sounds passing through deep house, afrohouse/tech, amapiano and afrobeat(s), creating a rich and surprising musical universe.

Resident DJ of the Afro room at the Black Qube in Rome and of the monthly AfroTeque appointment in Milan, Nina Kipiani was able to impose her unique style also in Ibiza, at one of the most established party amongst the locals Ethereal where she performed at ‘Akasha club.
